FAQ - Invitations & Bonbonniere...

FAQ - INVITATION

1. What happens once I purchase your Invitations?

Once payment has been received, we will send your receipt along with wording and font examples for you to choose from. Your wording does not need to be one of the samples, these merely help in giving you some ideas.



2. How do I send through our Guest List and Names?

Shortly after you have received your receipt, we will send through a file which you will require to save & fill out. You will then be required to fill in the appropriate information as you would like it to appear on your wedding stationery. After this is completed and you have checked them thoroughly, you will need to save again and email this file back to us. The files will already have your name on it, so please do not change this! Prior to printing going ahead, you will also be required to sign and either fax/email the Approval Form for each part of stationery you require. Once this form has been received by us, and changes are required, a $5.00 fee will apply for each change. It is IMPORTANT that you check your information prior to signing this Approval Form.


3. How long will it take until I receive my Invitations?

You need to allow up to 14 days for your invitations to be completed and sent to you. Please do not leave ordering invitations to the last minute.  Please also allow up to 14 days for samples to be sent, especially during the parts of the year. 


4. What if I need my Invitations in less than 14 days?

We can complete your order sooner if required, but this will incur a $50.00 charge. You will need to email us prior to placing a rushed order. This will ensure we are able to cater to your timeframe. This charge does not cover Express Postage of your goods to us, nor the extra in Express Post to send them to you.


5. I have received my Invitations but need to order more?

No problem! As a photo of your invitation is kept on file, all you need do is email us the relevant information & details stating that you require more invitations, etc as you previously ordered. We will then email you the Approval Form prior to going ahead with the printing. This way we are able to use your same wording without you needing to do it again.


6. I like an Invitation on your website but I want a different colour or paper?

As we specialize in customizing invitations and are a mobile business, all you are required to do is email us the one you like and we will be able to arrange it over the phone or in person (if possible) appointment to discuss your requirements. There are just so many possibilities!


FAQ - Bonbonnière

 1. How long do I need to allow for my Bonbonnière to arrive?

We normally ship items in 1-2 working days but recommend you allow up to 14 days, as the item may be out of stock or delays in getting them to you, especially if they are handmade.


In the case of items being on backorder for an extended period of time, we will contact you for your choice of an exchange or refund of the backordered items.
